Latest Articles Usage Guidelines

1. By submitting an article for publication, you guarantee that you are the original copyright holder of the work in question, and you own the legal rights to use the information. As such, we have no legal liability regarding any copyright claims, and will simply remove offending articles as/when we are advised of any breaches.
   
   
2. Articles written in a "conversational" tone are best... as if you were chatting over a coffee table to someone who was not familiar with what you do - i.e. not too full of the jargon of your industry.
   
   
3. Submissions should be of a "generic" nature and preferably NOT rave on and on about how good you or your particular products or services are. Ego trips will NOT be published here.
   
   
4. Similarly, any defamatory, racist, etc., writings will not be approved for publication.
   
   
5. Acceptable length of articles is from 500 to 1500 words.
   
   
6. By submitting an article for publication, you agree that we can make it available for other people to use on their web site, providing the article and author's credit remains intact.
   
   
7. You also agree that we can make a summary of your article available for other people to view using RSS feeds.
   
   
8. It is a requirement of our submission process that you agree to receive occasional emails from us. If any of these notification emails are returned, the corresponding articles will be removed.
   
   
9. We reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any article submitted for publication with no explanation.

1. Publish the entire article as it is with no changes.
   
   
2. Include all the information in the Author Credits box, including the link back to the Latest Articles web site.
   
   
3. Make all links with the article or Author Credits box active/clickable (they may open in a new window) and NOT include the rel=nofollow tag in these links.
   
   
4. NEVER use any of the articles on any site that contains hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
   
   
5. NEVER sell any article obtained from Latest Articles (either individually or as part of a compilation) without the express permission of the Author.
   
   
6. NEVER reprint any article from this site in unsolicited emails.
